Giuseppe Guarino, President
Giuseppe joined K-Flex USA in January 2004 as the Division Controller. He was promoted to President in January 2008. In his current role, Giuseppe provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the Company’s mission, strategy, and annual goals and objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Giuseppe began his career in the automotive industry. Over the years he has had management responsibilities in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, and sales in both domestic and international organizations. He is originally from Italy and speaks fluent Italian.
Vance Josey, Director of Finance
Vance was hired as Cost Accountant in October 2003 and has been in his current position since January 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.
Kristin Wolfe, Director of Information Technology
Kristin joined the K-Flex USA team as IT Manager in April 2005 and currently holds the position of Director of IT. Kristin is a graduate of UNCG with a B.S. degree in Mathematics. She has 24 years of experience in the Information Technology field and is responsible for K-Flex USA’s information technology applications and infrastructure in the United States.
Joe Humphries, Director of Supply Chain
Joe joined K-Flex USA in 2003 and has 24 years of experience in organizational leadership in domestic and international markets. As Director of Supply Chain, Joe oversees customer service, distribution, transportation, purchasing and manufacturing operations. Joe received his executive education from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Supply Chain Global Strategy (SCGS) and the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. Joe was selected as a featured author for The Ugly Truth About Managing People by Ruth King, a leading book on successfully handling management challenges.
Sheila Murray, Director of Human Resources
Sheila is the Director of HR at K-Flex USA. A member of SHRM, Sheila is a graduate of Empire State College with a B.S. degree in Human Resources. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI. Sheila joined K-Flex USA in January 2009, and has held various human resource management assignments during her 22 year career. Sheila’s responsibilities are to provide support and guidance in the areas of associate relations, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and training.
